First hour was good, had 5 people. Did a quick warmup and a circuit of Tabata:
Battle Ropes
Sand Bag Cleans
Ball Slams
Sledge on Tire
Big Bag Pick-up
Then did some pad work, had them hold pads and I circled around and worked with everyone at least ones.
Then did some kick work on the hanging bags; round kicks, front kicks & side kicks.
Second hour was sparring. I sparred with everyone at least 3x times for 3x 1:00 rounds. Then introduced some point sparring at the end. I think they liked it.

Fighting. We had fighting in adult class tonight. Pretty rad class.
We started with some footwork/ladder drills then did some contact drills. Where we exchanged hits. Body punch, ½ round, sidekick then backfist followed up with ridge hand to the head. Then we did some rounds of sparring – first to 3 but we had to ‘hear’ the strikes not just see them. Finished with another round of contact drills, without pads.

Fighting was on the cards for tonight. Adult class. Had a decent sized class. Opened up with some kick drills then some free-sparring rounds. Dead man drills and finished up with a quick set of rounds. Got my lip busted, awesome! Fun night.

Went into the Dojo early and worked with the kids for ~3 hours. Then ran fighting in adult class.
We did some partner kick + body punch drills for 100x kicks then did some bag drills (defensive sidekick and back kicks).
Paired up and sparred for 3 rounds x7 fights each.
I think everyone enjoyed it and I did too. I split teaching and sparring finally 🙂
