Kicks & Basics:

We did 2x rounds of 5x basic kicks each. Front, ½ Round, Full Round, Side & Back kick on both sides.

We then all got on one side of the floor and did 20 to 25 front stances (moving in and out of them) across the floor. Then we did 15 forward and 15 backwards.

Basics, noon/adult class. Today we primarily worked with an Orange Belt on learning more of his 2nd set of Basics. Op Cha Gi and Kukusu. We drilled those up and down the floor, moving ahead and backwards. Then did a couple of rounds of Basics using them. I got some 4th set thrown in and didn’t do too well with them, but I’ll get them.

Kicks + Basics. Went heavy on the kicks tonight. Did 5x of each kick, each side. Then we ran through the first 3 sets of Basics, with a round or two on each.
