WARRIOR MINDSET

NEVER GIVE UP.   NEVER QUIT.   KAIZEN.

Hero WOD 13

“Randy”
75x Power Snatches @ 75# for time
[5:26]

I think I could do better on this one a 2nd time. Went out too fast and took too long of breaks. Thought that strategically taking a few breaks of :20 after 10 or so reps would work out but thinking that just going slow and grinding through the whole thing might actually be faster…

Hero WOD 12

“Pheezy”

Three rounds for time of:
165# pound Front squat, 5 reps
18x Pull-ups
225# pound Deadlift, 5 reps
18x Toes-to-bar
165# pound Push jerk, 5 reps
18x Hand-release push-ups

[29:26]

This one was pretty much a straight up ‘strength’ WOD. Never really got my heart rate up to explosion level, but kept it steady and each left felt like a max. Had to stay with it the whole time too.

66 Deadlifts, 110 pounds
66 Box jump, 24 inch box

66 Thrusters, 55 pounds
66 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball

This one was pretty dang difficult. Especially since I did this immediately after Karate class where we worked legs a ton. 🙁

10 Mile Run
150x Burpee Pull-ups

Brutal WOD. Not the most difficult, most of the stuff in this WOD is pretty easy and straight-forward but it’s just so long and so many and so much work it get’s to you.
