Rank Test 7+ Mile Ruck, Epic Kata test – board breaking. Great day.
Zen Shotokai Rank Test
3 for Orange and 1 for Yellow.
Good test, appox 2.5 hours. Lots of physical challenge and some mental as well at the end. Did not do sparring but overall was a good test I think.

One tested for Blue 5th Kyu and one for Yellow 7th Kyu.
Decent day of testing. Had some struggles but overall they made it through.

Great day of testing. Spent extra time with Sparring and Kata. They did so great and make us all proud. I think they all leveled up today.
