Kata in noon class. Started off with 2x of each kick. *phew* I don’t know how I lost it, but my balance is shot. Something to work on then. Then we drew Kata cards and did all our Kata based off that. Wasn’t my best, in a long shot, but it felt good to move and to sweat through it. Good class for me today, spirit wise.

Worked the kids up in a warm up of 5x rounds of various body weight exercises. But made sure to get 50x push ups.
Then got my group together and we worked on learning Too San up to the double San Don Chun Gin(s). They are learning well and starting to look good.

Second Team Dojo Kata practice. Working with my 3 students we continued Too San. Started at the beginning with one student. Got pretty far. I hope they practice!

Did an easy 2.5 mile jog and then ran through Kata and Self Defense movements.
It was raining and cold. Good prep. 🙂

Kata/Weapons: Heavy on the Kata tonight though.
We worked Kata drills; Taigo 1. First feet only for about 3x times, then hands & feet for 3x times. Then we did Bunkai of Taigo 1 with us working kicks and blocks against each other. Pretty slick stuff. Very fun.
Then we worked on Seisan for the remainder of class. Drilling it 4-5 times each between us. I felt pretty good moving through it all class long.
