Did the 13+ mile ruck with a couple peeps. It was hella tough and a good adventure time. Loved it. Loved the Pellican Ice Snow Cones towards the end too.

Did a 2 hour Ruck sim this morning. Mostly worked on distance carrying heavy stuff. Rotating down the line and such. Good work.
Then got in a ~6 mile ruck through Harbison Forrest.
Legs are smoked now.

Did a ruck this morning. We did the first half dozen movements in silence. It was golden, made all the time hacks and even under time. That’s the way to do it.
I have trouble working out with these guys when there’s no discipline. Everyone is telling the team leader what he’s doing wrong in real time. It’s divisive – i’m sure not intentionally but that’s the result. Working in silence forces those with loud personalities to calm down.

F3 Ruck in the am this morning. Did Bull St. Hill under a log with a team of 4. Various PT along the way; log situps, pushups, overhead press, planks.
Didn’t make the first time window, then made the 2nd on the way back.
Hooyah!
