Most of our workouts require very little to almost zero equipment. However sometimes we do use extra equipment to help level up. You can find everything you’ll need in any sporting good store or online and it won’t cost you a ton. Here is a list of recommended equipment:
Dumbbell ~20# to start with
Kettle Bell ~15-20# to start with
Bumper Weight Lifting Plate ~10-20# to start with
Jump Rope
Ab Mat
Yoga Mat
