1:1 ONE ON ONE CUSTOMIZED ONLINE COACHING

How it works:

  • After an initial assessment call/video conference you are paired with a coach who will be the best fit for you.
  • We have video call(s) to understand where you are in your journey, what your goals are, what your past experiences are, how you like to train and and what nutritional and training habits you would like to be addressed.
  • We will setup an assessment or two for you to perform and update us with – this informs your training plan.
  • We will work out a plan for you to follow both big picture, monthly and weekly training schedules.
  • We will have a weekly or monthly check-in consultation with you (as needed for you) which we will use to continuously inform your training plan and progress.
