220: Fight Club
We had 3 people tonight and 1 for fitness. I had the fitness person do 5x 2:00 rounds of Cindy and then 3x 2:00 rounds of kettlebell swings and single arm presses. After 10 minutes of group stretching.
Did 2 on 1 off for 5x rounds of fighting for 2:00 rounds. Then did it again.
Fun night.
