We had some special guests from Mr. Daniels school out of NC. Some good friends and extended Karate family. Much fun. Got to hang out a bit and talk Karate stuff. :)

Then I led the largest fight class iv’e ever run. We had almost 35 students from every other class and rank there. Almost overwhelming.

Started off with a quick warmup of jumping jacks, squats and lunges, then did some back and fourth high kicks, high knees and butt kickers.

Then rant the clock for about 25 straight 1:00 rounds with a 3x dead man drill from each side of the floor. Everyone had to pay attention and be ready to go since they could get picked at any time. Good stuff.

Then pulled out all the brown belts for a “rainbow” set and then the green belts for another set.

Ended with pulling our two guest fighters in a ring and having them fight 3x point matches (first to 3) to get some work in before they go down to their tournament tomorrow.

Such fun and i’ll never forget tonight.
