Fight Class. Sensei asked me to lead the adult fight class tonight. I gave them a fast moving version of what we do in the Team Dojo fight classes.
Started off with a warm up. Jumping Jacks, Squats, Plank, another round but with push-ups. Then some movement drills and some kick and hand check drills. Then paired off for 20 minutes of continuous sparring. Then paired up and did some point sparring for 15 minutes.
Great class. IMHO.
