Noon class. Went into class looking to do some personal work, but wound up leading class. I actually love leading class, pretty great way to solidify what you know yourself.

It was weapons and kata, so we worked Too San and Naihanchin 3x times each, very slowly. Then we did Bo 1 4x times very slowly and then drilled the strike + kick + spin part a dozen times.
