Fight Club: Surprise, we had about 8 people show up for fight club tonight. I started off with my “Matt Chan” warm up:
15x jumping jacks wide arms
10x jumping jacks arms forward
5x low dragon with torso twist
5x downward dog walk out pushups in sets of 5, 4, 3, 2, & 1
50x arm circles of varying size
10x wring the towel
We then paired off and rotated between fighters for 4 rounds of 3x 2:00 sparring rounds.
Everyone was spent tonight, total sweat time!
