Kicks & Fighting. We started with some stretching then did basic kicks. 3x each. We then did some combos on the kick bags. Low-highs 5x each leg twice, then we did some Front kick + ½ round to Back kick combos 5x each side twice. Then we did it on a partner for a few rounds.
We suited up and did 45 second fights for 10 or so rounds.
Fun night. My cardio held up without any worry.
