Fight Club: I showed up about an hour and a half early and jumped into the youth fight classes. That’s always a great long warm up. I always enjoy it too.
Then Fight Club. We didn’t do any real exercises to work up with. We started in with sparring right away with 5x quick 1:00 rounds. Nothing crazy, just a good warm up. Then we just did round after round after round of fighting 1:00 rounds. Probably got in about 35 total. Lots of sweat and tired people tonight. Love it!
