It blew my mind when Reuben was explaining to me how he would change the tone of his voice and hide images of himself on the internet to be less black, he was worried about not winning new business or of how other business owners would see him. He has fought through this over the years, like a warrior would, and has learned to overcome that fear and be authentic and real in the business world. So proud of this!
