We will equip you with the tools you need to use overwhelming force against your challenges, so you can conquer them and reach your goals. The big secret here is that you already have all that you need, we are just going to uncover the WARRIOR that already lives within you.
WHAT TO EXPECT
This program is largely virtual. Meaning we will handle most of the interaction using email, text message, video conferencing along with webinar style presentations. By joining this program you are expected to set aside time to work on any daily, weekly and month long assignments as needed. The range of some assignment’s time commitment scales from writing in a journal every day (10:00) to deeper reflection time for writing and physical activity (45:00). It is all doable, you will improve, so let’s get to work!
